These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, and stays at Days Inn Le Roy. We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Pre-authorization of your card for one night’s room and tax may be performed prior to your arrival. Full payment is required upon check-in unless your reservation was prepaid online. We do not accept cash payments for stays.Check-in Time: 3:00 PM Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking. Failure to cancel your reservation within the allowed window may result in a cancellation fee, typically the first night’s stay plus tax. Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit/debit card at check-in.The person registering must be 18 years or older and assume full responsibility for all charges and actions of their party.Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees resulting from their stay.We are a pet-friendly hotel.Pet Fee: $15.00 per pet, per night. Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended in rooms.Smoking is not permitted in any guestroom or indoor areas.A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged for violation of the smoking policyDays Inn Le Roy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in rooms, vehicles, or public areas.Use of the premises, parking lot, and amenities is at the guest’s own risk. Any personal information provided during your booking or stay is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or to process your reservation.Complimentary on-site parking is available to all registered guests.Height restrictions may apply in certain areas. Guests park at their own risk.These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.Any disputes arising from your stay or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of McLean County, Illinois.
